COSOSA Conference 2020

The Cardio-Oncology Society of Southern Africa (COSOSA) invites you to attend Africa’s first Cardio-Oncology Conference in Durban on 7 March 2020 with Prof Eric Harrison and Prof Sebastian Szmit as keynote speakers.

Cardio-oncology is a new discipline within cardiovascular medicine as a result of the cardiac and vascular adverse sequelae of cancer therapy advancement. Clinically, these challenges are best addressed by a multidisciplinary approach in which cardiovascular medicine specialists work closely with oncologists and other specialists involved in the care of patients with cancer as well as cancer survivors.
